Arminda was born and raised in East Tennessee. She grew up in the Wears Valley area of Sevier County. She is married and now lives in Anderson County. Her father has been a residential general contractor for over 25 years which has allowed her to observe real estate sales and assist in the design process of new construction homes. She also has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Management – Business Administration which is beneficial in the real estate field.
